At TheFrugaling.Shop, we work hard to provide fast, affordable shipping and local delivery options whenever possible. Many of our products are limited-quantity, overstock, liquidation, or seasonal items, and we strive to process and ship orders quickly so you can enjoy your savings sooner.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only, including:

  • Continental U.S.

  • Alaska and Hawaii

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • PO Boxes

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Times

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Many orders ship the next business day.

Business days include Monday through Saturday and exclude Sundays and major holidays.

Processing times may vary during:

  • Carrier disruptions

Shipping Transit Times

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping transit times vary based on:

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking and delivery are managed by the carrier.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship primarily through USPS and may utilize additional carrier partners as needed to optimize delivery experience and shipping efficiency.

Tracking Information

Tracking is included on all shipped orders.

Customers will generally receive tracking details by email once an order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear within carrier systems after shipment confirmation.

Free Shipping

We currently offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over $50.

Free shipping eligibility is calculated:

  • Before taxes

  • After discounts, promotions, rewards, and coupon codes are applied

TheFrugaling.Shop reserves the right to modify or discontinue free shipping promotions at any time.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery may be available within select qualifying areas near Easley, South Carolina, including Easley and Powdersville.

Qualifying local orders over $50 may be eligible for free local delivery.

Additional nearby delivery zones may be available and may incur a small delivery fee depending on distance, order size, and delivery availability.

Local delivery availability, delivery windows, minimums, and service areas may change over time based on operational capacity and delivery demand.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

TheFrugaling.Shop is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Undeliverable addresses

  • Customer entry errors

  • Failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-routed packages.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, significantly delayed, or appears lost in transit, please contact us promptly at info@thefrugaling.shop or through our Shopify Inbox Chat.

Claims involving carrier-related issues may require:

While we cannot guarantee carrier performance, we will work with customers toward a reasonable resolution whenever possible.

Weather & Heat-Sensitive Products

Certain products, including personal care, beauty, liquid, or heat-sensitive items, may be affected by extreme temperatures during transit.

While we take reasonable precautions in packaging, TheFrugaling.Shop is not responsible for product changes or minor cosmetic variations caused by:

  • Heat exposure

  • Freezing temperatures

  • Transit conditions

  • Carrier handling delays

Customers in areas experiencing extreme weather conditions are encouraged to monitor tracking information closely and retrieve deliveries promptly upon arrival.
